Brad Canario has 15+ years of commercial experience working with a range of companies, from large well-established organizations to start ups, and in verticals spanning across Consumer Packaged goods (CPG), hospitality services and regulated industries. He has received numerous accolades as a top national marketer and has been recognized on the global stage for his work.
Prior to founding Dime Strategy, Brad held a commercial leadership position at Auxly, one of Canada's largest Cannabis licensed producers, and developed 5 brands and introduced nearly 200 new products to the Canadian market.
Before jumping into the Cannabis industry, Brad led the Budweiser Sports portfolio and Labatt's non-alcoholic and value beer portfolio. He was recognized for his work on the Budweiser Red Light by being awarded a Clio Gold and Effie Gold awards, along with Google for the most organically viewed video on YouTube.
Brad began his career with Campbell's and Kraft, where we developed his tier-one CPG commercial fundamental skills through progressive Brand Marketing, Innovation and Shopper Marketing roles.
Outside of work, Brad has sat on numerous professional boards, including the Rolling Stone Culture Council, MLSE Foundation Game Changers, Kind Media and Event Advisory Board, and OCAD Chancellor's Gala Committee.
He has also been recognized as Marketing Magazine's Top 30 Under 30; Adcann Marketing of the Year finalist; Cannes Lion Festival’s Young Marketers bronze winner; and the Gold winner of the Globe & Mail Cannes Young Marketers competition.
